Pre-Authorization & Booking
– A pre-authorisation is required to secure your reservation for Fridays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays.
– Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
– If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the reservation, a nett cancellation fee of RM300 (Sun – Thu) or RM500 (Fri – Sat & Public Holidays) will be charged per reservation.
– FRI–SAT: Minimum spend must be reached within the first bill.
– Table packages are subject to 8% SST and 10% service charge.
– Please arrive on time. Reservations will be released if guests are 15 minutes late without notice.
Seating Time & Extension
– If you book the 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM slot, your table is reserved until 10:00 PM to accommodate the next seating.
– If you wish to extend your stay, please inform our staff to check availability for seat extension.
– Guests who wish to enjoy a full-night experience are encouraged to book the 10:00 PM slot instead.
– Please arrive on time — no-show tables will be released after a 15-minute grace period to walk-in guests.
Age Requirement: Entry is strictly 21 years old or above. And a valid ID or passport must be presented upon arrival.
Dress Code: Dress to impress – no slippers, flip-flops, or sandals allowed.
Outside Items: No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the venue.
Cash & Belongings: The bar is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, including cash and valuables.

– Change of date or time must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance through the official form.
– Changes requested within 48 hours of the reservation date cannot be accommodated.
